This Saturday, renowned artist “Herbert Galarza” launched his Dirtyboy Vintage clothing collection on his birthday. The dual celebration was a series of experiences throughout the trendiest venues in Miami. Celebrity event planner and talent manager “Lisa Marie Posso” curated the insane evening. This was one of those memories that you look back to reminisce and think that you were lucky to be invited.
The prestigious group of attendees was full of celebrities, tastemakers, and models from all over the world. Most notably, anchored by superstars “Teyana Taylor” (Artist) and “Big Sean” (Artist). To pay homage to launch everyone was either styled or wore their piece from Dirtyboy Vintage collection.
The night started at Naiyara, a Thai and Asian fusion restaurant located in Sunset Harbour Miami Beach. We enjoyed a pre-fixed course equipped with a delicious family-style cuisine, cocktails, and an elegant ambiance.
Our next stop was in a secret speakeasy called “Shh…” located at 860 Collins Ave. The speakeasy is set to launch in a few weeks. Galarza co-curated the venue so they allowed him to preview the venue to his close friends and colleagues. When you walk into Bacon Bitch there is a secret door that leads you into a sick ass designed lounge that resembles a New York alley (It kind of reminds me of the streets of the Meatpacking District). “Touki Toussaint” (Atlanta Braves), “Lewis Brinson” (Florida Marlins), “DJ Irie“, Teyana Taylor, Big Sean, and top impresarios were amongst the few that were allowed to view the space. The next few hours were spent pregaming at the open bar, networking and vibing out to hip-hop until it was time to make the move to E11even.
A famous saying for Miamian’s is “all roads lead to E11even”, but this night at E11even was far from routine. Galarza and the team turned that sh*t up. Not only did they flood 3 tables with a celebrity onslaught, but their parade of bottles and genuine vibes took over the club. This turn up was a storybook ending to a legendary night.
Each year, it seems that Galarza tops his birthday from the last. This one will be hard to beat. If you missed this event the F.O.MO. (Fear of missing out) was real because you definitely missed out. Art Basel is approaching so there are more dope events, releases, offers and experiences to come for Galarza and DIRTYBOY VINTAGE. MORE ON DIRTYBOY VINTAGE
Dirty Boy Vintage was created in 2018 by Miami-based artist, Herbert Galarza. Heavily inspired by the 80’s and 90’s grunge music scene, Galarza started collecting & distressing vintage band tees and leather jackets.
His aim is to create a line that bridges the gap between art and fashion. Every Dirty Boy Vintage piece is a one of a kind creation. Whether it’s embellished, distressed, aged, dyed, cut, or sewn, it’s all hand done by Galarza himself.
